Dr. Sean Costello

"My children have been seeing Dr. Sean Costello for more than 15 years, I was very upset to read the nasty review another person left. Dr. Sean and his girls in the office couldn't possibly be any better! Have never seen his office look like the lady described it! The blankets used to cover children are used, but clean! If the things that lady said were true that office would be in trouble with the state of Oklahoma. We have moved 8 hours away and will still be driving to Oklahoma for our 15 year old daughter to be seen by Dr. Sean and his staff, why, you ask, because he truly loves and cares that his patients get the very best dental care!! He is without a doubt the best of the best!! Please don't hesitate a second to take your children there, they will receive the best care anywhere!!"

"My child’s original dentist was full so we were referred out to Kids Dental. The office staff is very unprofessional. The waiting room had seats that looked like someone soiled in them a few times. My child was scheduled to have a sedation procedure. For one, I waited over an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. When I asked what was going on, I was answered in a passive aggressive manner. Second, when we reached the “room” where they perform sedation dentistry, I was completely taken back. This room is something you would see and experience in a horror film. The room was filled with the strongest smell, what smelled like to me, formaldehyde. The dental chair was so old and didn’t function properly. The staff had laid a blanket on the seat that was supposed to support the child, which it looked like it had been strung around in dirt and was used over and over again, the towel they put to support the child’s head looked like it had cleaned up multiple spills. These blankets and towels used were just so nasty and not appropriate for use. The room was not sterile at all, blood was running down into the sink with dental tools that were just laying over into the sink. The table holding the dental tools was a dresser or night stand that had been painted white and was chipping all over. The nurse anesthetist was anything but welcoming and friendly, the monitor used to monitor these children being completely put under was something used in the 1960s. She explained she had worked with kids for 11 years and wasn’t someone off the streets while casually sipping a drink, remind you, this room is supposed to be sterile, it’s where intravenous sedation is being performed. The Dental assistant was dressed in a T-shirt and pants. Lastly, the dentist never made an appearance, makes me wonder if he was even there. I would not be surprised if these kids at this dental office are getting worked on by a dental assistant. The office is just completely unprofessional and very unsanitary. I was appalled and traumatized at what I witnessed. No child should have to visit that office. Please, do not take your child to this office."
