"You guys need to hire better employees or training well. Every time I'm there on opening time they are not open they always have something to do and they open 15 minutes late and they close 20 minutes early. So basically I have to come wash my car lunch time because I can't do early morning because they're not open on time and I can't wash my car after work because they close early. This is so ridiculous"

"DO NOT GO HERE: CREDIT CARD FRAUD On 10/28/23, employee Zendon Andrews stole my debit card number, exp date and 3 digit code. He then attempted to purchase 2 airline tickets $569.20 and $595.82. I had to cancel my card, file charges against the employee and Mister Carwash GM Gregory Menges offered me a 15 month Membership for my losses. What a joke. There are 2 other car washes in the area, please use them. Please check your bank statements for unauthorized charges, your card may have been compromised as well."

"Nice place to to your carwash. Monthly it is awesome....I dry so many miles and it is good to came back and clean the car as many times need it.... I've been using this car wash around 7 times a month and overall, it's been a fantastic experience. The place is always clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional, making each visit pleasant. However, the only downside is the persistent issue of holes and puddles of water that haven't been properly addressed. If they could resolve this concern, it would easily be a 5-star establishment."

"A full size truck. Nothing special. I drove through rain coming to Park City. I wanted a wash before going to my daughters and saw this one. I pulled straight in and was greeted by a friendly guy who explained all the washes to me. I opted for the best one, $22.00. Not impressed at all. After going through the wash I realized there are no vacuums. I parked in the parking lot to wipe my windows off and saw the truck was a mess. I think the wash pulls the vehicles through it to fast to clean it. I could have done better at a pressure sprayer wash."
