"We planned to go snowmobiling the first day at Thousand Peaks and they said to use Steve at Bear Transportation. I looked them up on Google and didn't find much, but trusted that we would get to our snowmobiling reservation time if I used the drivers they recommended. Steve immediately called me back even though my initial contact was the week before during Sundance Festival and everyone was super swamped. I learned that Steve is the owner of Bear and is a very responsive, punctual, friendly local! He communicated the round trip cost as a flat fee for our group and was reasonable. He showed up early in a roomy passenger van to get us and then talked to us about the area and celebrities on our trip. He then arrived precisely on time to pick us up after our snowmobile tour (many other folks there were not able to get hold of Uber to come back to get them, hey we were in the mountains!). We trusted Steve enough to book him for our early AM return trip from Park City to SLC airport. Once again he showed up early and in his personal vehicle as it was a Surburban which could hold all of our luggage AND because it had snowed 8" during the night. He knew how to get us to the airport safely and on time! I think many others who relied on other transportation companies weren't so lucky. Traffic and snowplow trucks were only minor obstacles for Steve. I am keeping Steve's number in my phone...hopefully we get to go back to Park City and I will definitely call up Bear Transportation!"
