I just tried to exchange my Rig800 headset for my Xbox and they said that I had to go to another store because they don't have any more and the store doesn't allow trades, store credit or online purchase for selling defective products. I will be posting a video short on this matter warning anyone wanting to waste money at this organization on YouTube and try buying with Amazon because at least the warranty works with them"

"I came here to exchange a hard drive that I had bought from them online for my XBOX 360 S. The clerk had told me that they don't sell anything in store for the XBOX 360, you have to order it online. I had just got the console in the mail and had no clue what part it took to save games. The clerk refunded my money for the hard drive I did have but hardly gave me any information to the questions I had about the game machine. I left here still clueless as to what I needed. The only help he had to offer was to check out Vintage Games across the street. This store is quite small but jam packed full of games, toys etc. I have an XBOX ONE as well and could've spent some money on games and such but I'll just go to Vintage Games and see what they have there."
