"Employees at the register are rude and act put out that they have to help you. Credit card machine froze and the lady tried to blame me and act like I didn't know how to run my card. Wish I would of caught her name she was very rude. I will never go back to that location. It ended up being that their system went down after she tried to blame me. She was freaking out and even talking rude to the guy that was checking me out before she butted in. Very unprofessional! Even tried to correct me when I was talking to the people with me. Tried to lecture me. Unbelievable!"
"Just want to share some feedback about returning Amazon packages at Kohl's. I’ve been here a few times just for returns. I know it’s a unique situation, and generally, Kohl’s is handling it well. But today was different. A staff member kept talking over me. It was frustrating, and I let them know about it. It's important to feel respected when dealing with customer service, and today, that didn’t happen. I hope this was just a one-time thing, and it gets better in the future. Good customer service is key, and everyone deserves it."
"Everyone was very helpful. They were helpful at the checkout lane. I was able to get the jeans I wanted except the are too long. I do not know what is the next shortest size. I want to be able to take the jeans back to the store and exchange them for a better fitting pair of jeans. I have 2 pairs of jeans to exchange."
