"Worst store I’ve ever shopped. Not just the worst Lowe’s, not just the worst hardware store, WORST STORE ever. Staff is incredibly inept and incompetent. The “managers” have been almost worthless and can’t figure out how to do their job(s). They are rude, don’t care about veteran’s the way they claim to, overcharge you or even double charge on things and can’t figure out how to refund you, etc… this store should fire 85% of their staff and start over. I will never shop here again."
"It all started when I charged appliances to my card. Part was approved and part was declined. I called customer service and was routed to synchrony bank, to their fraud dept, then back to the bank customer service. I went through this process for a couple of hours. I then went to the store and jo was very helpful. She took control got my card reinstated, then the balance of my order paid and worked through the difficult Lowes process. Jo and Anna, who also helped, provided the excellent level of customer service. Jo went way out of her way to get it done. Thanks"
"We went on a Saturday, and we have many items we were looking for from a hotwater heater to backer board. We had a hard time finding salespeople to help. We couldn't find things in the store we saw online. Finally, I pulled out my phone and the app told me on what aisle and where products were. We would have bought more, but we needed help and 4 hrs later we didn't care to look anymore."
"Absolutely the worst possible customer service experience of my 56 years of existence. I was definitely there to purchase a new washer and dryer, but after 30 of waiting for a team member, even after chasing one down and requesting help, I decided that must not want to sell anything. On my way to the door, I noticed 6 employees just visiting one another. And as I approached the manager office, he grabbed the phone receiver and pretended to be talking with someone. The phone never rang and he never dialed. Take away the required one start to get to rate this dung pile of a store."
"I never have to wait for help at this location. Employees are friendly and ready to help. I came to exchange 4 propane tanks which took all of 5 minutes from start to finish. Keep up the excellent service Lowes of Yukon!!!"
