"Exiss has terrible customer service! I have a 2001 4 horse trailer and the drop down window hinge broke and Exiss has no replacement parts. they tell you to call a guy in New York that charges $235.00 for a hinge! When I called Exiss warranty dept. they said they could sell me a $1,300.00 window frame. You better hope your Exiss trailer doesn't last very long because they wont support it! I will never buy another Exiss trailer and will not recommend them!"

"The stock trailer that we have is 3 months old and showing surface rust through the grey paint under the gooseneck. (2) bolts / nuts are making direct contact with the aluminum which causes corrosion. (3) on the gates and door hinges there isn't spacers in the aluminum tubing or reinforced where the hinges can be properly tighten."
