"THIS IS THE PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE. My vehicle broke down in Oklahoma during my trip from California to Virginia. I got a hold of the dealership (Jerry) last minute right before they closed. He gave me guidance on what to do so I can be in and out the next day first thing in the morning, since I had hard time to be in Virginia by. They had all the power to take advantage of me due to my situation. Instead, Laine and Jerry were the friendliest most helpful people I have done business with. Jerry even picked me up from the hotel since I didn’t have a vehicle. I received a great price on the vehicle I purchased, and they held off on purchasing my broken down vehicle until they could fix it and offer me it’s actual value. On top of that, they are working with Ford to get it fixed on their dime since I had my vehicle inspected prior to the trip and they missed the issue.
