"This is the best dental experience I have ever had. I’m not really sure where to start. They are a very tech savvy place! I loved seeing the integration of AI in order to help identify tooth decay. There’s a lounging area with massage chairs you can wait in until your appointment time. The music played is 10/10, very vibey. You have the option of watching whatever you want on the TV above the dental chair and they provide headphones. Honestly, the best part about this dental office are the people. Everyone at the office I have met has been extremely nice. You can tell everyone truly enjoys what they are doing. Dr. Lu and Dr. Q are fantastic at explaining what they are doing and giving the background of everything. I came in letting the office know that I had anxiety from previous dental experiences and everyone there did their best to make me feel comfortable. They even offer blankets to use while you’re laying in the dental chair. I have been to the office twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. I have already recommend them to friends and family. Also, bonus brownie points for all the aesthetics of the place."

"I had my first visit at Lofi today; and wow. Blown away does not begin to tell you about the kindest and most intelligent experience I've ever had, front to back. From the first phonecall, it's evident that Lofi's style of patient care is made to make you feel welcomed and instantly put at ease. Kenny asked about past experiences with the intention of making sure my care team knew about them and could be sensitive to them and was so incredibly kind. My intake paperwork asked me to go into detail about my past history and current concerns which put all of my anxiety to rest as I was able to communicate everything before my appointment. Eins was genuinely attentive to my needs and explained every step as he took photos and performed my care before, during and after I saw the Doctors. He kept checking in to make sure I was okay and was so efficient and gentle. Dr. Lu Couldn't have been more professional, informative, thorough or gentle; every bit of this process made me completely comfortable and actually optimistic about my future treatment plans. Truly the nicest dental office and the best experience ---- beyond what I could imagine. These guys are doing something truly extraordinary, don't hesitate to try them!!"

"If you're looking for a new dental office, you'll want to check out Dr. Lu & Dr Q at Lofi Dental! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The dentists & hygienists are all skilled professionals who take their time to explain everything to me in a way I can understand it. The office is modern and inviting giving the space a relaxed and airy feel. The reception area is spacious comfortable seating. You are escorted to a back door directly after your appointment so you don't have to walk back out to the waiting room to leave. Their staff are culturally competent & inclusive in both their patient registration & treatment during visits. My pronouns were respected & used 100% of the time & I was offered sensory accommodations during my treatment."
