"I have had restorative gum surgery twice over the last six months at Dental Specialists of Edmond. I have now had half of my mouth done and plan to have the other half done soon. I had significant gum recession everywhere and needed complex tissue grafting to save otherwise perfectly healthy teeth. I anticipated a grueling procedure and healing process, but I have been very pleasantly surprised at how it all went. Dr. Koticha was highly recommended as an academically top-notch Periodontist who also was known for his surgical expertise. (I admit my referral came from a daughter, also a Periodontist, who trained under Dr. Koticha at OU College of Dentistry. She said she was too closely related to me to be comfortable working on me!) I am very pleased with my results! I was amazed at the smooth process. From the light sedation used to the painless palate tissue donor site on the roof of my mouth. All quite unexpected!
