"Dr. Nguyen was fantastic. My 12 year old son had to get 5 baby teeth pulled. He was obviously not thrilled about this. Dr. Nguyen was very patient and talked him through the entire process. She was always honest about whether the next part of the procedure would hurt or not- she never told him it wouldn’t when she knew it might, but she explained what he might feel and why. She also comforted him and chatted with him as they waited for the novocaine to work. I was allowed to be in the room the whole time. I would definitely go back."
