"I brought my 8 month old daughter in to get a root canal and everyone that worked here was amazing and helped with her while I was getting work done!! Everyone was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough for making me and my baby girl feel comfortable here! Always great work"

"I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I was told by the Sherman location that I had 5 cavities and also the beginnings of gum disease. This rang an alarm for me because I’ve always had pretty good teeth and I know I take care of them too. The worst I’ve ever had is a cavity or two but there was no reason I should have gum disease. After my appointment, they took me to the front and went over payment options with me, at which point they informed me that all the work they were recommending me would be over 4,000 dollars WITH insurance. But don’t worry—they could put me on a payment plan so I could accrue over 1,000 dollars worth of interest in addition to that cost and ruin my credit score. What a joke. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life (had braces, had my wisdom teeth out, and was always a regular at my hometown dentist office for cleanings.) I have never felt so sketched out by a dentists office in my life. I had a feeling something was wrong. Thankfully I’m smart and decided to get a second opinion. I was told by the second dentist’s office I went to that none of what I had been told at Aspen was true. They checked for cavities and did a thorough check for the apparent gum disease I had—nothing. And upon research this is pretty common. A lot of other people have had this experience at Aspen locations all over the country. This is a company issue, not just the Sherman location. But I’d definitely recommend finding a local dentist if you can. Aspen Dental will never have my business again. I’m honestly appalled after finding out that literally everything they told me was false. I don’t know how this company is still operating."

"From the time I walked in the door until the time I left everyone I encountered was just absolutely amazing! I'm terrified of the dentist because of previous experiences. My dentist today was so nice and explained everything in detail so I understood what is happening and what needs to happen. I was told by previous dentist that I have to have all of my teeth removed and have full dentures, after today's visit I learned that isn't the case at all. I am so very excited to work with Aspen dental in Sherman Texas! For once I'm happy to go and be taken care of. Everyone in the building went above and beyond to assure my comfort and stress were taken care of. I'm ready to get my smile back and I know I chose right by going here. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!!"

"Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful, caring, and in tune with their patients. I was very nervous, especially knowing that the work I needed was going to be expensive. The lady that helps with financial planning put me at ease, explained everything throughly and made the whole process seem so easy. Now I'm just excited to get started and get my smile back. "We have had a very pleasant experience so far with Aspen Dental. We went through the scheduling process and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday which is unheard of. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful as they went over my treatment plan after the dentist had seen me. The dentist was very informative without being condescending or pitying. I was so pleased with my visit that I scheduled my husband 2 hours out from my appointment as they are going to be our new dentist. I'm so happy they take our insurance as well! They are literally half the price of other places with our insurance. I may update my review after going through my dental procedures in the next few weeks depending on how it goes"
