"This office is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I made a non-emergency appointment to fix multiple cavities for my husband. When he showed up, he was scheduled for an EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT and they refuse to focus on more than one cavity. This is not the first time this has happened. They call me regularly to try to get me to bring in my son for a cleaning but can't seem to manage to get my appointments correct when I schedule them for something else. This place is very disappointing. Don't waste your time going here. There's a massive reason they only have a 3.0 on Google. Don't go here. It will only cause you wasted time, wasted wage if you take off work and a lot of anger and frustration."

"This place is a joke. In the 5 years I've lived in Sherman I've only had one good experience here and it was with their new oral surgeon. The last one was apparently terrible and left broken needles in gums and had various other complaints. Audra, the office manager who has been very sweet and understanding, convinced me to give them another shot but they've dropped the ball again. My very first appointment was supposed to be an emergency appointment for a certain tooth. During that appointment they did not touch that tooth at all but instead "fixed" another tooth and sent me home with both of them in pain. Today's visit was supposed to be a regular visit to address all the other cavities that I had that were already x-rayed during previous visits. But instead they told me it was only an emergency visit and they were only going to focus on one tooth, yet again. I can't keep missing work for one tooth at a time. I need to get this work done. It's urgent. Despite me requesting laughing gas as soon as I was brought back they kept me there for an hour and a half before telling me they had no nitrous so my entire visit was a waste of time and I missed work and pay for no reason as well as exposed myself to unnecessary radiation from more x-rays. What dentist office, especially one that focuses on pediatrics, doesn't have laughing gas in stock? I was told to check back in a week or so but I will not bring myself or the rest of my family back to this office ever again. Whoever is scheduling the appointments is doing a terrible job and have been rude to me in the past. One of them just had a negative attitude in general. The other one copped an attitude with me when I did not want to bring my son in for a teeth cleaning. They blow my phone up 5 days a week trying to get me to schedule an appointment to get my son's teeth cleaned but it takes me 2 months just to get an "emergency" appointment!? The second emergency appointment wasn't even supposed to be an emergency appointment at all! It was supposed to address all of the cavities that I have, but somehow they still counted it as an emergency appointment. And somehow it still took 2 months to get the appointment while they continue to blow my phone up every day asking me to bring my son in for a teeth cleaning! Shouldn't we be prioritizing bigger issues than cleaning teeth?! Why are you trying so desperately to get me to bring my son in to have his teeth cleaned but you can't even fix my cavities!? It's also extremely difficult to get them to answer the phone during business hours. I have personally witnessed them ignore phone calls while I was in the office and my wife and I have difficulty getting someone on the phone when we call. The only people you can reach is someone from a call center who doesn't actually work at the dentist office at all. I do not recommend this place at all. We will find a new family dentist. Preferably one with a private practice who cares about customer service and quality of work, neither of which are present here."

"I would not take your child to Jubilee dental in Sherman there just care about bleading you dry. Had my daughter schedule to pull her wisdom teeth was concerned that pulling all four would be to difficult of a proceedure for her so only i wanted to do one side at a time. Receptionist informed me they needed to pull front tooth because it was recomended by orthodontics and she had a bad back tooth that was beyond repair. Despite after being told all the repairs had been completed 6 months ago, they tell me see had more fillings that needed to be done. So i politely voiced my concerns and questioned why. Receptionist called me back after speaking with dentist was rude and dentist canceled me as a patient saying that they reserve the right to at anytime. What kind of childrens dentist cancels thier patient because they have concerns that pulling 6 teeth is to difficult for their child at one time? They obviously do not value thier loyal customers. All this dentist cares about is getting every last cent out of you and not whats best for the patient! I was so polite about the matter wish know I would have told them what I really thought. The treatment should be up to the patients discretion not the dentist. Not a very professional attitude towards thier customers."

"Dealing with pain! Showed up 4 days early to my appt- had and “Oh no moment!” Realized I was early and they were really able to squeeze me in for 2pm on same day! So….. while leaving this review they came back and said, “Can you do it right now?” So thankful for these people and their ability to serve! I know they didn’t have to, but their kindness was definitely shown in this small act. Thank you Jubilee Dental!"
