"Hardware is incredible! The industrial style is so beautiful and top notch! I absolutely love their rooftop swimming pool and sports lounge! I met with the manager, Whitney, and she was very informative, really helpful and kind. I definitely recommend you come check out this amazing space! You will not be disappointed!"

"This apartment complex is beautiful, what really caught my was the infinity pool on the roof such a great job on the build. Also the maintenance staff is super friendly aswell as the leasing office staff, I would totally recommend my friends and family to live there. It is also conveniently located next to the Delta center which makes going to events a breeze."

"I have been here for a year now and I love this place. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. It’s an apartment complex, there is going to be noise and/or footsteps. It’s not the management’s fault. No matter where you go, while living in an apartment, this will be an issue. The concierge‘s, maintenance team and management, especially Whitney, have always been helpful and are there when you need them. Things got way better once Whitney took over too. All you have to do is call the right numbers and the teams will happily help you. The fact that this place has someone on site overnight, 7 days a week is so cool! Tell me another place that has that? Especially living downtown. It’s such a cool and aesthetically pleasing place with great amenities! There’s even a coffee shop that is able to set up every day that is wonderful and convenient. Yes, the pool is currently out of order and awaiting repairs but the property management is doing all that they can to get it fixed. At least the hot tub is running great! This place also has a beautiful gym, and some amazing views on the rooftop. I feel safe and welcome here. And you’d be lucky to call this place home!"

"We lived at Hardware for two years. The first 6 months were great. Vanessa was the manager and she was receptive and active to follow up on questions and concerns. Then she left and the following manager was less so. Then he left and someone with no management experience at all was put in charge and the place went absolutely off the rails. The physical facilities are very nice, but the service is only as good as the staff, and by the time we had the option to leave, we couldn’t get out fast enough. We had things stolen from the pile of packages they call a “mailroom” and they wouldn’t lift a finger to review video or investigate at all. I sent out a community email asking if anyone perhaps grabbed it by mistake, and the office would not clear it to be posted, causing me to wonder if they had in fact taken it. The two stars are for the incredible management of Vanessa, and the lack of more stars are for the incompetence of Alyssa."
