Respectful, personable and showed what genuine customer service should be. He listen to what we needed and were looking for and got us a great car at what we feel was a fair price. He knows his stuff and he knows how to back off and sooth when it got to be a little overwhelming for the wife. We never felt pressured into buying and we were very happy with our experience. Update: 9 months after buying our Outlander, someone backed into us at the Costco parking lot, damaging the rear bumper, taillight assembly, and blind spot sensor. Harrison repaired it like new! They quickly evaluated the extent of the damage and worked with the insurance company to get approval to proceed with the repairs. The car was ready for pickup two days sooner than planned.
