I was understanding and I would have understood if they weren't able to refund my money but instead of being nice about it she pretty much called me a liar. And anybody that knows me and that's a lot of bars in this area knows that I'm not a liar. "Live music is unbalanced, sound quality is bad, but it is a nice little hole in the wall bar. I don't care for smokey bars but it is a fun place to hang out so I put up with it. If you want a bar you can smoke in, you'll love it. Every time I leave, everything I'm wearing, even my socks, smells like stake tobacco smoke, so I can't give it 5 stars, if that doesn't bother you, this place would be great, for me, it keeps me from giving 5 stars."
