"Waited over 35 minutes for ANY bartender to appear behind the bar. I honestly thought they left. What the hell? I just wanted a drink. Literally the opposite of customer service. Pathetic. Visited on March 26th st 10:45pm."

"First time here and I was very disappointed. I've been to several piano bars in the past including the 2 that uses to be in Tulsa before this one. Over the phone I was told you could come early to eat your brought in food if we wanted. Got there at 7pm and then was told they weren't allowing seating till 730. 730 came around then told they weren't seating till 8. They don't let you sit were you want and our seats were all the way in the back behind everyone. Couldn't see anything and couldn't hear a word that was being said or sang? The acoustics are terrible and you couldn't understand a word the musicians were saying either too muffled or just not at all. Plus, the general public coming to this place has no sense of being there to listen and interact with the music... Everyone just wanted to keep talking over the already loud music"noise" and keep socializing. A piano bar is NOT a normal bar to just go and drink and be loud and talk about any and everything. It's to go for the entertainment. Ugh. I left only 1.5 hrs in because it was just so loud with no sense to it and ears are still vibrating from it all. The drinks were really weak too for the price. I had 3 drinks and ended up paying $40 for what tasted like flavored water. Again, very disappointed."

"Had an excellent time enjoying this show. The entertainers were awesome with great personalities. They master the art of entertainment and engagement with the audience. All that was great. What was not so great was a small incident we had with the atmosphere in our area. We had reserved a 12 person area and it already feels like the tables are too small to handle 12 people. Next to us was a group that had reserved the same 3 tables but had 3 or 4 times the people standing around for a birthday. They all had gotten drunk and began pushing us with the excessive amount of people. At one point we asked to give us enough space but they were already acting stupid so they got upset. I guess what I am saying is that there needs to be control over this situation and yet nobody even noticed. We had to leave, we were not going to stand here with these people risking a fight or something"

"Had a great time! The pianists were very talented and had an extensive playlist. Service was as fast as could be expected given the number of guests. We will definitely be back!"
