"We were extremely excited to try out Dos Olas only to end up disappointed. We sat at the bar to en joy the fantastic view of the people snowboarding. The drinks were good although they didn’t have Milagro Silver. The food was mediocre laking flavor and the service from our bartenders Karen had much to be said about and the place wasn’t even busy. Good luck here."

"The place has a very lively vibe! The taco platters are the way to go, if you're not sure what to get. The carnitas taco was my favorite, made by Chef Vishal. A must visit if you're craving Mexican food with a twist in Park City. The tres-leches cake and plantain with condensed milk is the go to for dessert."

"Pleasantly surprised experience. Dos Olas far exceeded expectations. There was a lot of love that went in to the dishes at this place. The fajitas were not only delicious, but beautifully prepared and presented. The quesadilla was one of the best I ever had. The guac was freshly prepared and right on point. Queso fondito was fantastic. Our server Adriana could not have been nicer, more efficient, and caring. She really made a difference. It was so good that we dined there twice in one week. The second time the food was excellent but the service was lacking. But they seem to be a little short staffed and busy. But they tried, which is really what counts. So happy we found this place. Nice job."

"Excellent Mexican spot right off the mountain in Park City. A little pricey, but not unexpected given that it's steps away from the lift and in a beautiful area. The queso was good, but the salsas were excellent. I had the shrimp tacos which were a little small but I had some of my son's chicken fajitas which were good & large in portion size. The churro for dessert was pretty good, but definitely enhanced by the chocolate sauce."
