"I wasted my 30 minutes waiting for my customer's order and they were not busy at all around 845 pm tonight. I saw at least four people working at the back while talking too much. After 20 minutes of waiting, I followed up the order and the lady said it takes 2 more minutes and after 10 minutes a guy gave me the order but that the same lady told me that it was for a different person. They labeled that order incorrectly! They were not paying attention and they did not care either. And that the same lady told me that my order takes more time since they have not started yet! I decided to cancel that order from my Uber app because I dont want to waste my time again for another 30 minutes. If it was busy, I understand it but it was not and there were only two people in the restaurant and one Doordash guy who came 15 minutes after me but got his order before me! If they dont like their jobs, they are in the wrong business. Terrible customer service and did not apologize for their mistakes. But thanks to the guy who offered me a drink ( I refused since I was not thirsty) while waiting. I live in PC for more than 20 years and I used to work as a bartender and server in different hotels and restaurants here. I am mentioning that because good customer service is very important to this kind of business. I do Uber Eats as my part time job and my customers are your customers as well."
