"Today(July 12, 2023) I picked up my kids from this daycare. On our way home, I asked my kids how their day was. My daughter let me know that Marcie(owner) had slapped her on her face. I asked her again to make sure I heard her right. She repeated the same thing and then showed me where Marcie hit her. Immediately, I tried getting a hold of Marcie to ask what happened. I was told she left early and was given her number by a staff member. I asked if she smacked my daughter in the face. She asked what my daughter told me and then said it was a reaction and was sorry. First, she said my daughter stuck her tongue out at her, then changed it and said my daughter hit her. She said she was going to tell me but "was too busy". I explained it is Never ok to hit someone's child and she said she agrees and my daughter shouldn't put hand either. I said my daughter is 4 years old and she's a grown adult. She knows better, you would think, especially if you're the "owner" of a child care center. I will NEVER take my kids back to this place again! Last month, my son was hurt playing on their playground to the point he ended up in the ER and needed to wear a neck brace for a week. I don't trust the kids are being closely monitored and supervised. I do not trust them with my children and would not recommend them to anyone! Who knows how many other times these types of situations have happened to kids and parents are never notified. I see the responses to other 1 star reviews and they seem the be very aggressive and insensitive in trying to protect this center. It don't matter if it happened, yesterday, today, last week, last year, these are situations that your center and staff has created. You can't take that away from peoples experiences they had there. The center is currently asking parents to write 4 star reviews, in return they receive some type of incentive. You can't bribe people for good reviews! Not even your own family members/employees. 0 stars for this place!!"

"My daughter mia has learned so much here from all the staff. She loves everyone. Summer and Rainie they are the best at knowing how to work with my daughter with teaching words and helping her with her bad day's."

"I can’t say enough good about this Center. I read the attacks on Marcie. I have personally seen her attacked by children. I have never seen her raise a hand to any child. I think these parents get upset and attack the center or employees. This is a fantastic Center. Do not be afraid to bring your children here!!!"

"DO NOT SEND YOUR KID HERE!! And if you have an infant here now please take them out! March 10th 2023 I walked into drop off my application I Waited patiently at the front desk for about 5 minutes I noticed a child off to my left on the other side of the door unsupervised I could hear voices behind the counter talking no one came up to me I decided to look at the cameras behind me and I looked at the infants camera and I noticed a baby being bounced too hard by the teacher after some time I was able to talk to the director (Marcy) she was absolutely no help she apparently went and talked to the teacher after I said something and yet I still seen on the cameras that she was bouncing the baby too hard that his chest and head was hitting the bouncer way too hard she seriously could have hurt the baby's neck and head. I kept asking Mercy repeatedly what was she going to do she finally answered saying all she was going to do was talk to her and that the baby wasn't even that small I asked are you going to let the parents know and she had no response and just kept ignoring me and I just walked out and I have reported the daycare. I also have Footage of the incident."
