"Employees were super nice! However, the Area 51 room was not very decorative and most the clues were just locks. Also it was a little awkward having a live “actor” in with us. I’ve been to a lot of escape rooms and this one was the least exciting…"
"The 2 rooms we have done were great. Employees are very nice and do a great job. We have done these rooms with 2 adults and 2-5 kids, they loved it and we did great."
"We tried the 50's room and spent over $230 to take our family of 8 for what we anticipated would be a fun evening. We have done other escape rooms and have always enjoyed them. The room itself was cute, but some of the puzzles needed a little upkeep. The game master stayed in the room with us the whole time and ours was not friendly at all. She seemed annoyed with us and unhappy in general. We all had a miserable time. Response to owner: We did NOT use force to open anything. The "deep fryer" was unhinged from the back when we first examined it - we pointed this out to the game master and she blamed us for breaking it. This was just one of the puzzles that needed upkeep I mentioned in my review. She also was very forceful and rude about taking away any puzzles related to this piece of equipment. If she was worried about us being forceful and breaking things, why did she leave the room for 5 minutes to "go to the bathroom" after we pointed out the deep fryer puzzle was broken? We know escape rooms have rules. We have done many and never had any problems. Maybe if you provided more than one white board and one marker for a group of ten to record clues, I would not have pulled out my phone to use it's notepad feature. When the game master snapped at me for having it out, I showed her that's all I was doing. I felt like I was in highschool being reprimanded. Your response to my review sounds like yet another reprimand. That is not the experience I paid a lot of money for. Also, you claim you had no success reaching out to me privately. That is untrue. You emailed my son and he has responded to your email and communicated with you through text. Your tone in those conversations was much kinder and apologetic than the accusations you have leveled in your response to my review."
"Rooms are so adorable, each creating a whole different atmosphere within each room, The Moonrise Manor one gives a haunted mansion vibe it was amazing, the 50s room really throws you back in time really immersive! The last one I went to was the Glitch before Christmas room and it really got me in the Christmas mood. Had such a great time and the experience was different than any other escape room I've done 5/5 would Highly recommend"
"I came in and tried the new Christmas themed room at Locked in “The glitch before Christmas” and I absolutely loved it! The room has a really great story line and very interactive puzzles! I’ve done a lot of escape rooms from here all the way to Belgium and Luxembourg and this one was one of the best! If you haven’t I definitely recommend checking them out!"
