"Everyone was super nice but I had called to see if they would help me install a battery in my car (because they were out of stock of the one I needed in store so I ordered online) and they said they would help install, so I drove up there and within 10 minutes of that phone call I was at the store and they said they could not install it so I drove up there for nothing."

"I had my battery on its last leg this morning. Looked up the closest Advanced Auto Parts because I knew I would need help installing. Both Ian and Lorinda (Sorry if those aren't the right spellings or names!!) were really great and super helpful! They helped me track down the information for my vehicle and advised me on the best battery for my situation. Some batteries can't be installed here, but luckily mine was able to! Both of them were incredibly helpful and I was in and out of there in under an hour! So thankful this morning - it really made a potentially bad day a great one!"
