The gentleman came out and looked at my car, helped me picked out what I needed, helped me put it in my car, then thanked me by name. All in about 5 minutes. It was a lovely experience. I was so grateful for him!"

"This place used to be great but then customer service went downhill. I was almost to the point of a business account but then I started getting accused of theft. I’ve kept every receipt from every transaction. And I mean every transaction. If you need parts go to autozone. Cheaper parts, way better customer service, better quality and just overall better place. Until they fix these issues I wouldn’t recommend going back"

There was a section on my rear bumper that was sticking out, so Rylee offered to help push it back in place with one of their tools. Rick, the manager, came out and was able to push it back in. I really appreciate their willingness to help me, and to make me feel like a valued customer. I am happy to have them so close to where I live, and highly recommend them.
