"5 stars all the way around. We blew a trailer tire on a Saturday night with a load due to Walmart Sunday at 1pm. After making several other calls to other places that couldn't help us we were eventually directed to DB by a very nice lady. They answered the phone promptly when we called even though it was after 10 pm. Sent out two very nice, efficient young men early Sunday morning and we are on our way. "Recently, I encountered an unpleasant situation when I was stopped by the DOT while seeking services from DB for my trailer. I reached out to them to request a quote for necessary repairs, and initially, I was provided with an estimated value. However, when the team returned to perform the service, there was a significant discrepancy between the previously mentioned value and the one presented at the time of execution. Surprisingly, the proposed cost more than doubled compared to the initially discussed amount. Faced with this situation, I decided to cancel the service as I was not willing to bear such a high and unexpected cost. When searching for alternatives, I found another company that offered a much more affordable quote, about one-third of the value that DB had proposed for the same service. I consider it important to alert others about this experience so that they do not undergo the same unpleasant situation. It seems that DB might be taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge or immediate need in the region, thereby excessively raising prices. Fortunately, I found a competent alternative professional in Blanding, where I received quality service at a fair and reasonable price. I recommend to anyone facing similar situations to explore other options before agreeing to the services offered by DB. In summary, my experience was frustrating and underscores the need for caution when dealing with DB, to avoid being surprised by significantly higher-than-expected costs."
