"I have bought all my tires for my last 3 cars there I go in to get a patch because there's a screw in tire. Told to busy come back tomorrow. Make an appt and come back for appt told to busy come back later. So I come back later only to be told I'll fill u with air come back tomorrow. Horrible service I'll never buy another tire from these guys. I know big loss just a patch but poor customer service I won't buy another tire from them"

"If I could give 0 I would BUYER BEWARE!!!. My husband and I went into the tire shop to see about getting new tires for our Truck they were due to be replaced. We were informed that they do not carry Toyo tires and that the ones they did carry were much better than Toyo. We set up an appointment. Day of service they installed the tires and they called us to let us know that we needed over 3500$ in additional repairs to alignment, shock, and boots on the truck. He had advised that they could not do the alignment. Concern 1 why would you put the new tires on after the fact and then call us? We declined and said that we would have our personal mechanic look at the items they suggested. We took it to our Mechanic and there were no issues the items they tried to say needed to be done were in great condition and the alignment was great. We then had the oil changed at the Chevy Dealership in St. George as we always do and asked them to please check out the list of items that the BT Pearson said needed to be done ASAP. Chevy let us know that everything was in great condition. Concern 2 left the tire wrench lying on the back seat of the truck and did not bother to put it back. Concern 3 the wheel lock /key was left on the bumper of the truck and luckily it was still there when we got home, how it was I have no idea! Those are pricey to replace, they should be considerate of the items used on the vehicle and put them back. Concern 3 manager TEXTED the day after the installation of tires about the service, we let him know that we were not happy with the service, and he told us to give him a call. Are you kidding you want us to call you, if you were concerned about the service and dissatisfaction you would ask us when a good time to call would be to address the concerns. THESE NEW TIRES ARE AWFUL AND DO NOT MAKE FOR A SMOOTH RIDE IN THE VEHICLE. I WILL NEVER TURN FOR TIRES HERE."

"These guys are great! I stopped in with a nail in my trailer tire yesterday, and they rushed to fix it fast. They pulled the tire from the rim, patched it, and had it back on the trailer within 5 minutes! And, they didn't even charge me! -Great neighborly service that has won over my business."

"Urgent Concerns Regarding Recent Service - Santa Clara, UT I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent service we received at BT Pearson Tire and Service for a vehicle we were considering purchasing. Before finalizing the purchase of the car, we decided to bring it to BT Pearson Tire and Service to get a professional opinion on its condition. The initial feedback we received was positive, with the team at BT Pearson expressing that it was a great car in need of tires and small amount of service. Based on their recommendation, we proceeded with the suggested repairs, tire replacement, and alignment. Then, BT Pearson finds a bigger problem then they expressed initially due to their mechanic misdiagnosing our car which amounted to being over $6,000 dollars. However, upon taking the car home, we discovered that there was still an issue – a noticeable strong loud rattle when driving over bumps on the road. Which wasn't there in the beginning of driving the car over to the shop before they bought the car. Concerned about this unexpected problem, we returned the car to BT Pearson Tire and Service to address the rattling issue. Unfortunately, despite their efforts to resolve the problem, including replacing two other parts, the rattling persists. We appreciate the initial positive assessment of the car, but the subsequent misdiagnosis and subsequent repairs have left us dissatisfied and concerned about the reliability of the service provided. We were under the impression that the initial inspection and subsequent repairs would address all potential issues with the vehicle, and it's disheartening to discover that this is not the case. Given the significant investment we have made in the car and the ongoing issue with the rattling, we would like to request a thorough reevaluation of the vehicle's condition and the corrective measures needed to resolve the persistent problem. We understand that issues may arise, and we believe in giving businesses an opportunity to rectify them. However, it is crucial for us to ensure that we receive the quality service and accurate diagnostics we expect, especially given the substantial cost involved in the recent repairs."

"These guys always treat me fairly. A few of my kids have had flat fixed at no cost and they always give me 2-3 options when purchasing new tires for one of my cars. They do great work, offer fair prices and treat me right."
