"Be careful of the know it all employees, I went there because I put a thermostat on my car and didn't put the gaskets back on it so my car started leaking from the thermostat housing the next day and I went to AutoZone to get the gaskets my car takes two and they told me it only took one now mind you I'm a mechanic so I know what I'm talking about but they swore up and down it took one so I went to O'Reilly's and they gave me both the gaskets my car needed."

"I placed an order online and it was cancelled for some reason, spoke with clerk at the front counter and she basically told me that they were unable to help me with it because online and store were separate. So I then asked for the manager and was assisted with my issue, the manager here definitely helped me and I am grateful for it. 5 stars in my opinion!"
