"The BEST place to take all my vehicles to for general maintenance, repairs, and modifications . The owner and staff are honest, upfront about expectations on length of service and price. Listen if your not bringing your own parts (all needed) then you may have to wait on the vendor to get them to the shop. No shop will order parts and keep them for you just hoping you show up when you say you will. Even if you prepay for them, they aren’t a warehouse (they are not in the business of storing parts for someone else that may or may not show up) I have never had an issue with getting my daily driver in and back same day. The workmanship always done on my truck is second to none. Yes I have to wait about a week to get it back, but that is expected and communicated upfront (especially with custom work). All in all this is a great shop and i would highly recommend them."

"Super nice people, very disappointing results. I scheduled my car’s struts to be fixed a month ago. At the time I scheduled, I asked them to confirm they had the needed parts and even offered to pay for them in advance. Fast forward to today, I drop my car off, take off work, and spend $100 renting a car. After 6.5 hours, I call to check in and they say, “sorry- we don’t have the parts. It’ll be another 7-10 days before we can get them in.” Had I been a walk in client, I would have understood, but I scheduled this a month ago. They did agree to take $100 off my price to cover the car rental after I asked for this, but they’ve lost all the trust I had in them at this point and I will not be back."

"If you want a mechanic garage, that you can trust, do not take your vehicle here. I have a 2005 jeep liberty CRD they said they could do the timing belt and it would cost $1000 for parts and labor. I dropped my vehicle off on March 14. (Google said a timing belt should take about 4 to 8 hours to complete for a competent mechanic.) On March 21 I called back to check the status. Chris told me he was very behind, and he apologized and said he would get on my vehicle as soon as he could. I asked if I could just be kept in the loop and communicate with I didn’t hear back from them until the 27th when The lady at the front desk called me back and told me they could not do my car because once they tore into the engine they saw that they didn’t have the specialty tools and it was gonna cost them $1000 just to order. Now I have to find another garage that can do my vehicle, but I don’t know what special tools you would use to do a timing belt because when I called to ask what the specialty tools were they could not give me an answer. Why did they have me bring my vehicle in if they were too busy to do it? Why did they have to make up a story about not having the right tools? I wish they would just be honest"
