"Johnny and Vince took care of me. Not particularly fast, and $306 for two 18inch mid-grade tires but I appreciated the kind service and talking me patiently through different options. [ I normally prefer taking my business to local places whenever possible but this wasn't one of those times. (Waiting for tire service with two toddlers is no joke; and wandering around the toy section at Walmart is a lot nicer than sitting in a random waiting area.) "I have never met anyone so rude. I wanted to buy a battery.. My total was almost 150 dollars. I asked could he please install it because it clearly states free installation with battery purchase.. He informed me He Did not have time for that .. He was leaving in an hour and he wasn't sticking around to install a battery.. I will never use Wal-Mart automotive centers anywhere again.. And i insisted he refund my money.. His response was, what ever I don't have time for this.. We are short staffed.. It was Monday at 2:30 - 3:00 in the afternoon.."

"Before 10:00 p.m, I'm there, and nobody, NOBODY made any legit effort. I'm in lawn and garden, first Walmart associate i see looked drop dead checked out! i asked if he would help me? I was pawned off instantly to " that guy down there". Thanks. Caught the 2nd guy and he directed me all the way back up front where the customer service was. It's obviously not their job either because they asked the register attendant to help me. And they seemed more interested in who is working there than me, the guy with the money. I suggested if i went out to take pictures of what i wanted from out in the parking lot.maybe they can figure out what to do. I did. But when i got back I was looking at a cash register attendant who had all of the customers in her line. and i gave up. But, i wasn't going home empty-handed. I grabbed 12 nice shirts to drop off the next day for my business logo to be the embroidered on. I made my selection and opted for register #9. The only open register. Associate's were everywhere standing and staring at nothing. The one at the register was confused and couldn't get the customers prepaid card to scan. After several minutes i backed out of line and went to the self pay line, closed! I dropped the shirts i had on a shelf and left. Got home 2hrs after leaving Empty handed. I live 10 min away. Really lame."
