"BUYER BEWARE: I purchased home and flood insurance through this agency and after the flood hit last year my home was totaled so I had to make a claim. The carrier CANCELLED my policy after I had paid this years premium. I called Brown Agency three times last week with the promise of a return phone call each time. Never heard from Johnnie Brown, the owner who was supposed to call me back. I called again today and the office staff did call back to relay a message “yep, Johnnie said you’re cancelled”.
