"These people are so nice and helpful. They often strike up quick conversations while still working to get you in and out quickly. I've never had a single package go missing. The parking lot, however, is AWFUL. Edited: This is also the only shipping company to ever lose a package, literally ever. It was a sentimental gift for my cousin who's husband is dying. I had a really hard time getting the claim through, since corporate would tell me to call the store, who'd then direct me to corporate. I was eventually able to speak with Diane. She was great and called me back when she said she would. She helped me finally process my claim, quickly. I got a check in the mail for the full refund. So, corporate was a huge hassle, but the store was really helped once I got the right employee."

"My grandma asked me to take a package for her to ups to be shipped. I got to ups and the lady was so rude! I hadn't noticed the label had said FedEx, simple mistake. That lady was down right hateful! I'll just use FedEx from now on. I noticed a help wanted sign on my way out of the parking lot. Crabby Carol or whatever her name is, ain't helping business. The lady before me said the same thing about how rude the ups lady was to her as well !"
