"Mixed Experience at Pizza Hut: Review Despite enjoying Pizza Hut's tasty food, I was annoyed to find their phone off the hook, making it hard to call for orders or inquiries. However, the delicious food showcased their commitment to quality, leaving me hopeful for improved communication in the future."

"Their online order website is usually not working correctly. They charged my cc $69.40. It included $6.50 extra for the driver. Time for delivery passed. I called the store. Customer Service answered. The voice on the phone said they would let the store know I wanted delivery not carryout. Pizza driver arrives and says I owe cash $$. I told her it had already charged my cc. She left and came back a 2nd time. Said the online system canceled my $6.50 tip and now I owe another $5 for the delivery. I had to borrow from my son, because I didn't have the cash. :("

"I made an order and paid for the Cinnabon frosting on the side. They sent the worse plain icing instead. So I called and asked for it to be fixed. The person who answered didn’t even know there was a difference and argued with me. Then the manager did to for a second until I explained that the frosting was what they put in the Cinnabon. So he then just said “we ran out”. I asked if they just weren’t making the Cinnabons now and he said “yes, we ran out of the frosting just a few minutes ago”. To his credit he did issue a refund (haven’t seen that yet though). I felt like he was lying to me so I made another order, for Cinnabon cinnamon rolls with a side of the frosting. They showed up, with the correct frosting this time. He started with a simple mistake that could have been easily fixed. Instead he argued and then just lied to me. The deserts here are honestly the only reason I order Pizza Hut instead of dominos but they get the icing/frosting mixed up about 50% of the time. That plus the lying…. Not ordering from here again."

"Pizza Hut in Midwest City stays open late 7 days a week now until 11pm. It's a great place to go for a late night craving for some sweets and that's what I did and it was delicious as my mom and I ate the plate of hot and tasty brownies!"

"This is literally what they brought me and the delivery man walked right past me while i was standing in front of his CAR DOOR with the money then gave me my 2 liter without my pizza while the pizza was in his hand i don’t know what he was on but they need to do better on who they choose to hire and handle peoples food"
