"I made my eat in order at 6:38pm, I requested a refund at 7:15 after waiting all that time with no food. There were at least 5 people working and everyone was super nice. Not sure what the reason for the delay was."

"My wife and I went through the drive thru this evening and after sitting in the line for 10 minutes the first car finally got to order.. when it was our turn to order the woman in the drive thru was a little short, and a bit rude. We shrugged it off because it was busy and already 7:00 and I hadn’t been home yet. We got to the window the woman bellowed the order back at us being even more rude than before. I got home and opened my food and it was the most depressing meal I have ever gotten from LJS. I got the fish chicken and shrimp. Call me fat if you want. But the bottom of the box always has the crunchy things. I had a bad day and it’s the little things. I was also missing my shrimp. And when I called to figure out when I could get it replaced, the “manager” was extremely rude ,his name was Richard! He immediately got defensive and told me if I had a problem I could call the general manager in the morning if it was that serious and then hung up on me. How is this place even open!"

"I went through the drive thru to order a fish family meal Saturday, September 30, 2023. I was so disappointed by the size of the pieces of the fish. Can you say shrinkflation? And the prices have gone up. While the drive thru employee provided great customer service, Long John Silver's needs to do better in the fish procurement department. Picture is the proof. Save yourself some money and stay home and buy Gorton's."
