"I can see why this location has so many 1-star reviews. I've had two experiences at this UPS store. The first one was okay, but not awesome. I always figure everyone deserves a second chance so when I had some bulky letters to mail, I made my way back here. BOTH staff members were quite rude when I was trying to figure out how many stamps to put on an envelope, only repeating to me "I dont work for the post office, I don't know how many stamps you need" with as much energy, politeness and customer service as an automated robot. There was zero effort at all to help me get my letters mailed. I ended up at the post office. Wouldn't recommend, go somewhere else, there are many shippers in this area who I'm sure would APPRECIATE your business more than this one."

"Every time I go in here Deveion Anderson makes me feel like a regular. He greets every person that walks in like they’re old friends and provides stellar customer service. This kind of employee is hard to find these days; and I will continue bringing my business here before of him and all the friendly staff. I had about a dozen Amazon returns, most with different return QR codes, and they went out of their way to help me bring everything into the store, explain why I needed to provide boxes for the returns and why different items needed to be boxed together."
