The UPS Store 3126 South Boulevard, Edmond, OK 73013

"Used to love going to this location to make my returns or ship items from here. Always dealt with super friendly employees. A few months ago they got an Amazon kiosk for returns and now they only want you to use that. I had MAJOR issues the first time I used it and Olga stood near me like a drill sergeant barking out orders of how to work it but never once helped me. Then when they started getting busy, she moved to the counter and received those Amazon returns for customers but left me hanging. No biggie, I just won't use the kiosk anymore, I'd rather wait in line for the next human to help me. Fast forward to today and she yelled when I came in, "if you have an Amazon return, you need to use the kiosk! We are too busy with shipping to accept any Amazon returns!" (they only had 1 person at the counter when I walked in)The employee that came to the counter to help me looked not too busy to take my money for shipping an item out but the minute he started to help me with my return she told him no, she needs to use the kiosk. If you don't want to take Amazon packages, that's fine, take yourself off the list to receive packages and we will all go elsewhere, that includes for shipping out our other packages as well."

"Visited this place to day for some notary work. They have completed in 10 mins. I have paid 25$ for 5 seals with signatures. Staff are attentive and customer friendly. This store is at busy location and you observe good customer floating here. Visited again on 30Sep2020 for dispatching laptop to Michigan. Very less waiting time and good service. It has very less parking facility."

"Ask for Olga if you have an international shipment. I had a complicated shipment to Iceland and she was incredible. One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had! Don’t blame this store for any grievance you have with UPS or the post office. The store can ship with most all carriers and they do a wonderful job."
