"First off, this a Mazda dealership detail place. Don't let the name fool you. I won't bring my car back here for anything. It is overpriced and they cut corners. I had to have them redo the compounding step because of heavy swirls still in the clear coat. Then they left holograms and medium swirls before they ceramic coated it. The coating is garbage. It turned all sticky in the sun and doesn't look good now less than 4 months after application. Interior detail was below average. It looked like spent very little time and effort on it. I had it redone by a different place and my interior is actually clean now. The tint job was okay, but I would still go somewhere else. Typical dealership high price and low effort."

"Had them PPF the full front of my 2021 MX-5 RF (front bumper, front fenders, and side mirrors). Had to take it back to get the front bumper and driver's side fender re-done because bubbles remained after 6 months, and they also cutaway the edges that had peeled up. The cutaway of the passenger side fender exposed that they had cut too deep into the clear coat during the initial install and they apparently never noticed. I found this out after taking the car home to get cleaned since they gave it back dirty. Not gonna bother going back, I'm getting the rest of the car PPF'd by someone else."

"With all the recent constraints being placed on small businesses and the labor marketing I'm forced to ask myself more and more whether or not I trust a company. An owner can't service every customer, they need people, you hope they treat those people well and you hope those people understand the value of working hard and taking pride in what you do regardless of the task. In today's social media world where likes, clicks, views are currency - the rest of us in the real world are asked to use our work product as the object of judgement, not how it shows up on social media. Okay, with that as the backdrop I am leaving a full 5 star review here for Bountiful Customs. I trust that they will do the right thing when it comes to delivering the best quality product to their customers."
