"My family has used this place many times and it was a great experience until today :( I took my new car for safety and emissions last week because the dealership forgot to do it. They were quick and very nice until I had to come back and explain that we can’t register the car because they made a mistake on the miles that the odometer shows. They refused to fix it unless I pay a new emission! I told them that it’s their mistake and they did not care because according to them the DMV should accept it. I say “well I will do a new emission but not here, you just lost a customer because I should not have to pay for your mistake” the lady just gave me a funny look and said “have a good day”."
