"Everyone that works here is ALWAYS so kind and helpful. Caitlin always is so quick and attentive to everyone β she makes going to UPS an enjoyable experience"
"This is my go-to store! Kaitlin is awesome and so patient. They are efficient and super friendly!"
"I love this UPS store. The employees have always provided excellent customer service. Roan helped me with a book project last weekend. She was so efficient, patient, and kind. I hope UPS values workers like Roan. It is rare to find such a high level of customer service. Thank you!"
"3/7/2024 I want to make it clear the employees at this store are exceptional! UPS Corporate sets the rates, which have increased by 2-1/2 times despite an operating profit of more than $2 billion. USPS still refuses to provide any tracking information from store pickup to the destination city. I spoke to a USPS Consumer Affairs man in SLC, he was defensive and wouldn't take responsibility for the lack of updating their system once it's picked up. The system reports label has been created, waiting for package contact origination provider for questions (they don't get info either) despite packages picked up by USPS. 3/6/2024 - I received a notification from USPS this morning the package will be delivered (I-80 through Donner Pass closed for three days). The lack of a paper trail between these two is appalling. This UPS Store wanted to charge me over $100 to ship a package with tennis shoes and a small manicure kit to Sacramento and the only reason I shipped USPS. 3/5/2024 - For the second time in the less than a year, my packages were lost. The first was shipped UPS to Boise, ID and the second (to Citrus Heights, CA) on Friday, 3/1 @ 11:00 am. Because of the criminal rate now charged for UPS, I was going to leave and go to USPS. The man told me they can ship USPS. I shipped USPS Priority Mail and the package is missing. Today, I called the UPS store three times and got no where, contacted USPS online, by phone, and by phone on another number. They finger pointed back at this UPS Store and claim have never received the package although a label was created. The last person (said she was the manager) I spoke to at this UPS Store claimed it was picked up but they don't have a receipt that it was. So now, I am out the RIDICULOUS shipping charge of $35 and another more than $100 of birthday gifts for my daughter."
"I returned a piece of clothing from Amazon in the clear plastic bag it was sent to me in. The gentleman at UPS said I needed to purchase one of their plastic return bags for a few bucks. Not a big deal, but I thought returns were supposed to be free. Especially when I brought the original packing bag. The store itself is clean and in a good location."
