"What a nightmare. First, we paid for three oil changes and are now being told that we lost out on one because it had been more than a year since it was purchased. This is on a high schooler's car, so please tell me how many high school students drive their car enough to necessitate three changes in a year? They were unwilling to credit us back for the third unused oil change. Honestly though, I'm not sure it'd be worth it. The oil change I just walked out of took two hours. TWO HOURS. I made an appointment a week ago. They told me today that they were slammed, which caused the delay. The lady next to me in the waiting room got her oil change done in 45 minutes, so I'd love an explanation on the difference in servicing time there. If they're going to ask for appointments to be made, then they should be relatively close to the time quoted when the appointment is made (typically 45-60 minutes). If they want to take walk-ins, that's fine too, but those people should have a lower priority than those who bothered to make appointments days earlier. The oil change service includes a car wash, but my car wasn't washed. In fact, it was dirtier than when I brought it in!! (see picture). They dumped out the cabin air filter all over the front passenger seat, didn't clean it up, and left the filter cover sitting on the seat. Now I get the pleasure of cleaning up after them. Finally, the guy helping me had the nerve to ask me for an excellent review when I receive the customer service survey because "it would really help him out". Maybe ask what I thought of it in person so that I could relay concerns right then, rather than assuming I'm just going to give a 5-star review because you asked for it? I'm not going to give him a review because I know how those can harm a person's pay, but I find that really tacky and if you want an "excellent" review, then it needs to be deserved. I have three Hondas that I have been consistently bringing in for servicing here, but it'll be worth it to look elsewhere for the next time anything is needed. Next purchase is going to be a Hyundai I think..."
"I dropped my vehicle off around 5:30 pm and my appointment was set for the next morning at 7:45. When I arrived at Stockton 12 Honda service department I was just planning on dropping my keys off at the service center and coming back the next day at some time to pick it back up. Jeremy Pope was checking in my vehicle and noticed that I was bringing it in for a quick factory recall issue. He immediately got my car in for the scheduled service right then so he could save me a trip back to pick it up the next day. I was so appreciative of that. He was very accommodating and kind. I would recommend Stockton 12 service center to all my family and friends. Thank you Jeremy for the fast, friendly service."
