"Worst mistake of my pharmacy career was switching to this company. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you're thinking of switching to them, DO NOT. Go with anyone else."
"Customer service has been terrible. Been on hold for over 2 hours to get help with running a report. Finally able to speak to someone to only have that person not have a clue how to run the report after 45 minutes on the phone with him and then he hung up on me without even finishing help me."
"Customer support is terrible!!! I am currently on hold with a software issue that needs immediate attention in the healthcare industry, and my on hold timer on my business phone is 59min12sec and counting. Do not buy their software, another store of mine has Liberty Software and their support is Superior."
"I am a long time user of Computer Rx. Their service USED to be outstanding. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Their customer service is non existent. They have went through two different changes in ownership and now have outsourced all of their tech support. It's abysmal. I miss the old days of the company that Roger started. Sad to see such a great American company fall the the grips of corporatism."
"Sadly, this software company has failed the ADHD community. The DEA made a wonderful rule change, to allow prescriptions for schedule 2 drugs (most adhd meds) to be transferred one time between pharmacies. This would have been an extraordinary help to parents, individuals and doctors who have had to chase down adhd meds during a nationwide shortage. However, our pharmacies that use your software are prevented from helping us because your software is insufficient to transfer an electronic script. Please get this updated soon! The discrimination against children and people w adhd is hard enough, but so much harder when we cant get our prescriptions."
