"The two times I've been here I was in pain and they were absolutely no help whatsoever! I waited days to get an appointment while the symptoms and pain only grew worse. Save yourself and just go to an Urgent Care instead of waiting around for help from them."

"The lady who answers the phone is rude and sounds like she hates her job. They don’t accept walk ins which is ridiculous if you are sick and need to be seen so you can start medicine. The idea of the clinic being free to employees and dependents is nice but if you can’t be seen until a week out(like I was told today) then there is really no point. The staff is never very friendly either. I would rather pay the co-pay at an urgent care than deal with this clinic and their un-happy staff."

"Unfortunately I never even got to see the doctor, because the receptionist refused to let me be seen. The reason? For not arriving 15 minutes early to my appointment. I was still early to my appointment by 5 minutes and was turned away because "they were busy". I had booked this appointment out by 2 weeks. Now I have to wait another week and a half. I have to sit through my pain for another week. I have never been treated so harshly. She would have rather let an empty slot sit there than let me be seen and recieve care, all because of 10 minutes. This is despicable, especially after speaking to my coworkers and finding out they have always arrived on time or late and still were seen. All the reviews below are complaining about one receptionist, and I'm sure this is exactly who I was dealing with. What a terrible first time experience, and I have no choice but to go back as an employee. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Do better, Hobby Lobby!"

"Excellent service, great communication and very friendly people. The nurse that drew my blood, I believe her name was Stephanie, was very very caring. She also had an excellent sense of humor. She knew how to make my experience almost painless. The Dr. that took care of me was very patient and took the adequate time to talk to me and advise me on what to do and how to take better care of my health."
