Costco Pharmacy

"I have been a regular at Costco for a while I always pick up my meds from Costco or Walgreens. The way I was treated and gaslighted at the pharmacy today was so embarrassing, they were rude and told me that he’s stressed because a lot of people are sick right now and I am baffled. What does that have to do with my prescription. I hope Myron in the future shows a little grace and treats people with respect instead of being so condescending. You don’t expect this from a place like Costco. I understand people have a bad day but you shouldn’t treat me like I’m a drug addict when I’m trying to pick up my prescription that I was prescribed."

"THE CUSTOMER SHOULDN’T HAVE TO WORK THIS HARD OR PUT UP WITH POOR SERVICE. Please do yourself a favor and don’t choose to do business here - just move right on to another pharmacy. Staff (Whitney) is rude, poorly trained in how to properly handle people, and completely not interested in finding a solution for my situation."

"The prices are decent. One male pharmacy tech has been rude and unhelpful several times. The last straw for me is when I received a text my prescription was ready and when I arrived the very next day to pick it up, I was told there was no stock to fill it. This is the THIRD time. I called before I came to confirm since this is a drive for me to get there, but it didn't matter. The prices are not worth the extra trips and my time making calls to make sure they did their jobs."

"Completely disregarded my privacy for my prescription. I initially had no problems. I said no insurance. Do NOT bill my insurance for privacy reasons!!! Gave them a coupon and had no problems for a year atleast. And then suddenly out of nowhere they billed my insurance. I asked why and all the lady said was "well we have to do that its our policy" like no you don't? never had problems like this before anywhere. they didn't even call or text me to make sure I was okay with it. they just did it without my permission because it's "their policy." I told her well I specifically said not to! and the lady was just kinda rude and short, no apologies. so I switched pharmacies."
