"Food quality was good but the manager in charge was quite rude. When the card reader times out he proceeded to tell me that if I had “ maybe payed more attention” than it wouldn’t have happened. As I was waiting for my food it was very clear that he habitually is condescending and talks down to his coworkers. The one positive to my customer experience was the brunette girl who was clearly new but her optimism and ambition was clear. The manager also made verbal note that a Pizza had burned and chose to send it on delivery anyway"

"I ordered pasta, garlic knots, cheesy marinara dip and a dessert to be delivered and put in a very generous tip. When the food arrived we discovered the pasta was missing. I called the store. I spoke to a fellow who rudely told me he found my pasta and I could come pick it up. I told him I had paid for delivery and had no way to get there. He said he didn't have time to deal with this and shuttled my call to someone else. This person tried to argue that where I had used my points to get the pasta free I should just let it go. I said no, but if he would give me a credit I would pick it up the next day. He said he was putting it out to be delivered anyway. When it finally arrived, it was blackened around the edges and too dry to be edible. I could get no one who seemed to care about regular customers and decent service. I previously ordered on average twice a month but will never use this store again."

"I ordered a pizza and replaced regular cheese with provolone. Best choice I've made. Recommend it to everyone. Short wait and wonderful workers. Keep up the great work!"

"I order a carry-out pizza from this location every few weeks. They seem to be short staffed, and the workers usually seem to be a bit stressed out... but that doesn't stop them from making great pizza. My order has always been perfect and ready for pickup very quickly. Everything looks and tastes great."

"Paid $15 for a basic pepperoni pizza to deliver to me. Got a pizza with no pepperoni, lots of pineapple and ham, and sauce all over the box. Called and asked for the correct one to be delivered. They said it was at the store ready to be picked up. I reminded them I ordered it for delivery, and the worker just stayed silent and didn’t respond to me. Never received the correct pizza. Didn’t get dinner that night. Terrible terrible terrible service."
