"Car worked perfectly until Service King worked on it. Dropped our year and a half old car to have some body repair done. At the time of drop off the car was perfectly functional mechanically and electronically. After the accident the car was driven for a week with absolutely no issues. Upon pickup we started the car and had multiple error codes showing that the Emergency SOS system, and automatic start/stop system are malfunctioning. As we brought the issue up with the service person, Tyler Geffrey, they told us that there is nothing they could do and that it was just a coincidence that these errors occurred while they were working on the car. Honestly, we are both astounded by the level of rudeness and indifference of the staff."

"Do not let your insurance company talk you into using this company. My experience with Crash Champions has been one that started off really well, but in the end was a bit of a nightmare. Their communication software is fantastic and helpful to understand timelines and expectations. That is the only thing they have going for them. On my particular vehicle they had to push back the estimated completion twice due to incorrect parts ordered. The paint work is okay at best. There is splotches on an area that was painted and seemed rushed overall. My vehicle was released to me with a poor alignment and a TPMS sensor light on the dashboard. I scheduled to bring it back in for warranty work. I got a call the next day saying it was ready to pickup. Immediately upon starting my car the light was still on and the car still did not drive straight. Upon calling to understand why the car was released to me without being corrected, I was transferred to the GM Tyler. He was very aggressive and not helpful in finding a solution. He did not attempt to address the issues other than shifting blame. It is a shame that now I am going to have to go back to my insurance company to have a different shop fix the issues that they were unable and unwilling to fix."

I hated the black decal on my original hood, and they gladly did not include it on the new hood upon my request. They also provide lots of info on caring for the new parts and paint so you don't have to worry about potentially harming your new car, they worked with my schedule, kept me up to date with the entire process daily, and they finished a week before the expected finish date.
