"Came in to buy a couple of things! First off the lady that helped me I’m assuming she was the manger! She had horrible customer service and bad attitude! She also kept degrading her staff which in my mind is so not ok !!! Also felt like the whole time i was in the store anything i asked for she acted like i was putting her out for asking her to do her job! I will never come to this store again Even though this one is closer to my house!! If she hates her job so much she probably shouldn’t be there and no employee deserves to be treated the way she treated them I’m disgusted by the way she treats people!!"

I called ahead to see if they had what I needed, and when I got there they were ready to help.* Not only did they show me the various options for inflating my tire (so that I could make it to a shop), but also the reasoning for each. They were knowledgeable and invested in helping me. I appreciate it. ——- I ended up buying this little tire inflator. It worked like a charm. All I had to do was plug it in, screw it onto the tire valve, and watch the gauge. It had an easy-to-use on/off button. This is a great addition to a car without a spare tire. ——- * I believe the man who so expertly helped me was named Eric."

"I would suggest you purchase online to get their discount and then come in. They say they install batteries for free but, although they refused to actually install it themselves, they let us use the tools to do it ourselves. It felt like a "teach a man to fish" lesson, only I didn't feel like they cared about our welfare. It took around 45 minutes to order and install. Also don't come around 5 because most of the employees are headed home and there aren't people to help you. And my experience might have been made worse because I had an infant with me who also wasn't happy. And it was freezing outside! If my husband wasn't with me my car would still be dead because there is no way I could have done it by myself."
