They took over an hour & a half with hardly any customers there & I left before some of the people that were there before me so I am definitely not the only one who experienced this. It definitely shouldn’t take that long for emissions. Weren’t very professional with customer service as well. I’ll never go back"

"I came in yesterday, just getting around to writing this but i have to say i've always loved this jiffy lube! I've been coming to this location for a while now and its never disappointed me before but this time when I came in the girl that greeted me was super rude. She gave me a lot of attitude and was acting as if she didn't want to help me. When being in customer service you never want to treat your customers this way. The team did a good job with my car, but I'm not sure I will be coming back to this location because of the way I was treated"

"The name says it all. Fast. These guys are fairly quick. Usually 20 minutes to change oil. Everything else is fairly standard. Lobby is super basic and is the same for the last 8 years! Just water to drink but they do have a bathroom."
