"Online it says that they are open 24 hours my son needed his medication and because they provided incorrect information online, he had to wait to get his medication!!!! You all need to update your information ASAP."
"Unfortunately this company doesn't have the ability to appropriately provide for the patients that it is suppose to be serving. I have a child that is receiving enteral feeding supplies through this company and have had nothing but problems. Due to their negligence we were required to go to the hospital for a procedure that should have never been required. Their staff doesn't have the ability to not allow their personal life to effect their patients health. I have sent an email as requested but I wont hold my breath on any contact especially if its anything like the office I deal with."
