"This is the second time leaving poor feedback in a week but it seems like no one reads these? Anyway, I made an appointment for my truck because the check engine light was on after I picked it up the week before for an oil change. I also asked that they check my trailer plug because it has been connecting poorly. I made an appointment because I cannot be without my truck for unknown amounts of time. I asked if I could come pick it up at the end of the day and was told yes but they may not have been able to look at it. I asked what the point of an appointment is then? Anyway, I told her that either way, I need the truck so I will be by to pick it up at the end of the day. I got there when I said I would and they had just pulled it back and did a rushed job of maybe 15 min to diagnose the problem that was caused at the oil change appointment. By some miracle, the issue with my check engine light just happened to coincide with the moment of the oil change and was unrelated and will cost $500 to fix. Sounds too fishy for me. Either way, it was a poor experience and I will not be going back."

"I ordered parts for my truck. Friday I got a call saying everything was in. I was told to be there at seven Monday morning so I could be first in line. I went home after dropping off my truck. A little after four hours I got called, and she said all of my parts weren’t there. After finding out what they did have, I told them to do what they had. At four thirty I asked what was up with my truck. I was told it would be done by five thirty, so I could Pick it up between then and six. When I got there the lady told me she’d check and see how close it was. She never returned. At ten to six, someone else told me she would check. She never came back. Finally after having to get upset, I told them to just put my truck together and I was leaving. At six fifteen she brought the paperwork, and said it took so long because a lug stud broke. My truck sat for four hours before anyone even touched it to find out the parts weren’t there. They had it for eleven and a half hours to do three glow plugs, and four tire sensors. And of course over torque the lug nuts and break one. When I went to a different place to get the stud fixed, they said my rear differential was practically empty. Young is the place I’ve taken it for service. I’m not sure what happened to them, they used to be good until the last few times. I could give more examples, but I’ll stop here. Good luck if you take your vehicle to them."
