"This place almost caused a deadly accident due to the incompetence of its employees. They performed an alignment on my truck that wasn't the best to begin with. My truck was parked close to a year and not driven. The first trip I take it on the inner and outer tie rods came loose to the point my driver front wheel was almost 45 degrees headed into on coming traffic, all while coming down a canyon loaded with a camp trailer and atv. I contact the store and all they say is sorry that happened nothing we can or will do. So if you have a 4wd and allow these clowns to do an alignment, don't take your truck off-road because they don't know how to tighten suspension hardware properly and won't do a thing to make it right. Terrible customer service after this shop nearly caused a serious accident. Go to les schwab or manufacturers dealership at least they will have your saftey in mind."
