"This pharmacy used to be the best when I chose it for my primary pharmacy back when it was still Albertsons. Now I am ready to take my business elsewhere. There is a pharmacist that is difficult to deal with. She won't acknowledge that you are there waiting if she is on the phone. And she is on the phone a lot. When I asked her to clarify a policy, she told me one thing. Then 7 months later she tells me something different and swears she had NEVER told me the previous answer. She told me over the phone that a certain medication was now over-the-counter, but when I showed up in person and she couldn't find the medication on the shelf, she changed her tune and told me I needed a prescription for it (which I had tried to tell her over the phone). But it wasn't her fault....she said she had not told me it was over-the-counter. She must think we are stupid. I now feel like I ought to record every conversation I have with her. I am tired of being ignored and lied to. I am tired of being treated like she thinks she is too important to wait on me. My husband got tired of being treated badly much much sooner than I did. He won't deal with her if he can help it. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I have been told once too many that I could not possibly have heard what I remember.....because SHE never said that! She would not like to be conciliatory at all. Everything must be my fault because I am so stupid. She certainly needs to learn better people skills. She could take a lesson from the excellent helpful people in the grocery department, but I don't think she will."
"Although I have not had to use this store for my Rx's I would if I had little choice. There is a real home town feel and the staff are very helpful. They make sure you are taken care of and are always masked and keeping the place clean. Great Bakery and produce."
