"I don't know who the people ran into at the Pharmacy that gave the negative review as there are times that there are substitutes on weekends and holidays. My husband was dying of a chronic disease over a three year period. The team they have at this pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband got our medications in a timely manner and got hooked up with the Special Services when we had to buy a very high priced specialty drug. When I could barely get to the pharmacy because he could not be left alone, they had meds ready at a moments notice. Finally, their sympathy when he passed was very touching. Hooray for local pharmacists and staff that know you!!"

"The pharmacist at the South Jordan, UT Harmon's is extremely rude. He treats his customers poorly and calls them names in front of other customers. The staff can't get a prescription correct if they tried. They called several times asking questions about the prescription only to get it wrong and miss quote the price twice. Then when I returned the pharmacy's call I was told by the pharmacist that I'm a nuisance to him and his staff. DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION! They do not care about you or your illness. They only care about filling the normal everyday prescriptions that they can do in their sleep. If they are challenged with an unusual request they will FAIL, call you names and force you to go elsewhere."
